An Overview of the Ordering Process: After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail with detailed instructions about artwork. SES will confirm product availability, review your order for any potential art, design, or imprint problems, and confirm the delivery information. We may also offer add'l recommendations to support the suc,ess of your promotion. You will receive an Order Acknowledgement, and a digital photo/virtual proof displaying the art and placement of your logo on the product. You should return the Acknowledgement within 24 hours, to avoid any delay to your expected ship date. Late approvals may require expedited shipping methods; or in some cases, RUSH production charges. If you require revisions or modifications, please communicate this information in writing on the Order Acknowledgment form.
Returns: Upon receipt of a signed, approved proof, your artwork will be forwarded to the production area for decoration (screenprint, embroidery, pad print, hot stamp, laser engraving, etc.) Once a product has been printed (according to the approved art proof), product returns will not be accepted.
Pre-Production Samples & Proofs: For an additional charge, SES will produce a physical sample or a prototype of your item featuring your imprint, prior to running the order. Pre-production proofs typically incur an add'l charge for screens and setups, plus the cost of the item, and may add as much as 3-7 days to the order process.
Definition of Camera Ready Artwork: B & W laser printed artwork of 1200 dpi, or higher. Camera ready artwork should be in .eps (encapsulated post script) or .tif, or .ai (Adobe Illustrator) for PC. Try to have all text converted to outlines (aka Vector Art) where possible.
The following artwork is not considered Camera Ready: Photographs, slides, transparencies, negative stats or films that need to be reversed to positive; halftone art that needs to be re-sized; low resolution laser printed artwork of less than 1200 dpi (we recommend sending black and white 1200 dpi laser prints at 200% larger than actual size); photocopies, faxed art, letterhead, business cards; Web images or any other art that needs to be touched-up, color separated, or multi-color art to be made one-color or otherwise improved. Stats, PMTs or computer scans of the above are not considered camera ready.
